Products and availability

Stock shown online is updated regularly. In the rare event that an item or selected size becomes unavailable after checkout, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or cancel the affected item before delivery. Colours may vary slightly because of photography and screen settings.

Orders and pricing

Prices are displayed in Trinidad and Tobago dollars. A 10% discount is applied automatically to online product orders. The automatic email sent after checkout confirms that we received your order. It does not guarantee an unavailable item.

Delivery and payment

Delivery normally takes 2–3 business days and costs TT$40 in Trinidad or TT$60 in Tobago. Payment is made directly to the courier upon delivery using cash, Linx or credit card.

Returns and exchanges

Return requests must follow the conditions and deadlines listed in Customer Care. Hygiene exclusions apply to swimwear and certain personal items unless the product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
