Delivery and payment
Delivery is available throughout Trinidad and Tobago within 2–3 business days.
Pay the courier upon delivery using cash, Linx or credit card. Card information is not collected or stored by this website.

Returns and exchanges
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery to request an exchange. Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with their tags, packaging and hygiene seals intact.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us within 24 hours and send your order number along with clear photographs of the item and packaging. When the problem is ours, we cover the return and redelivery costs.
Items excluded for hygiene reasons
Swimwear, bodysuits, undergarments, earrings, beauty items and opened hygiene-sealed products cannot be returned because of fit or a change of mind. This does not apply when an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
Exchanges and store credit
Approved returns receive an exchange or store credit. Cash refunds are not offered. If you selected the wrong size or changed your mind, you are responsible for the return and replacement delivery costs.

Product sizing varies by style and supplier. Open the chart on the individual product page and compare it with your own body measurements before ordering.
Please choose from the supplier chart carefully. The Modest Maven does not select a size on a customer’s behalf.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery normally takes 2–3 business days, depending on your location and the courier schedule.

How is product availability confirmed?
Stock shown online is updated regularly. After checkout, you will receive an automatic email confirming that we received your order. In the rare event that an item or selected size becomes unavailable, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or cancel the affected item before delivery.
